It’s been a while in the planning, and we’re excited to announce that we’re bringing back the Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival for its 33rd year this summer.
Organised by us, the Briarbank Brewery, in association with CAMRA, it’s the first one since 2015, and this time, it will be taking place at the indoor venue of St Clement’s Church between Thursday, 27 July and Sunday, 30 July 2023.
It’s something that we have been thinking about for a while now, and 2023 felt like the right time to do it. Planning has been ongoing for the past year, and we’re looking forward to bringing this festival back to Ipswich.
We’re already in talks with both local and national brewers and will have over 100 real ales, craft beers and ciders to choose from throughout the four days. Plus, we will have a range of other drinks too, and of course, soft drinks, to ensure everyone can come and enjoy the atmosphere of the Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival.
They’ll be day tickets or weekend tickets available to purchase. You’ll also have the option to buy beer tokens ahead of the festival. We’re offering an Early Bird Price for any tickets sold before midnight on 30 June 2023, so why not plan ahead and take advantage of the saving?
Our blog page will be active throughout the lead-up to the event. We plan to showcase the brewers, beers and ciders which will be on offer throughout the event and keep you up to date with our top news. And we do, of course, have our social media pages running, so make sure you follow us to stay up to date on all our latest news, including announcements of the beer and cider, which will be available during the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival.
